Ivan Janković has extensive experience in copyright law and intellectual property and has been patent and trademark agent since 1986. In particular, he deals with protection of IP rights in all jurisdictions of the former Yugoslavia. Ivan Janković has also advised clients on media law and represented them before courts in cases involving media law issues, such as libel. He has also represented clients in various criminal matters, including serious criminal offences.
